We support you in organizing a special team event for your company at the BusinessRun with manageable effort!
In our download area we have compiled various information material, all the necessary forms and a team captain checklist with the most important tasks and timings.

You can reserve an exclusive team meeting point for your company at the day of the event. Simply book a company marquee in the official BusinessRun Village inside the Coque Arena. Your company marquee is in close proximity to the start and finish area: Just perfect for meeting up after the run, enjoying snacks and refreshments or to accommodate colleagues who don’t take an active part.

Leasing a marquee in the BusinessRun Village also provides the option to book separate team catering. [see below]

No team event without cold drinks and tasty bites! Convenient and delicious: Enjoy the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun with refreshments and snacks before and after the run directly delivered to your company marquee.

Catering order

A catering arrangement for your company marquee can only be placed through the organizer. If you are interested, please send your order to Alexandra.By@coque.lu until [date tbd].

NOTE: Bringing and consuming your own drinks and food is NOT permitted! In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge the company concerned a fee of up to € 500 plus VAT after the event.
