Training

6 Weeks Training Schedule

Would you like to prepare for the corporate run in a structured way? Then use our training plans: Train individually or together as a team for six weeks and arrange your workouts flexibly.

For BusinessRun participants without running experience, we recommend starting with the training schedule for beginners.

If you regularly lace up your running shoes 1-2 times per week, follow the training schedule for advanced runners.

VERY IMPORTANT:
The joy of running and your health come first. Take care of yourselves during training!

Charity | Run like a Hero!

BRL_Logo_BusinessRun_Heroes

Be a BusinessRunner.
Be a hero.

The idea of BusinessRun-Heroes was created within the context of the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun to provide a platform all around the topic charity and to give you a “running” opportunity to do good: Run with your team, your office or your company for a good cause!

Run for charity: € 2 per runner will be donated to the Fondation Cancer!

€ 2 of every starting fee will be automatically donated to our official Charity Partner, the Fondation Cancer.
In this way, with the mere participation, you make already an important contribution! In addition you can voluntary give more support and turn your runners into BusinessRun-Heroes in this way.

How to become a BusinessRun-Hero?!

In addition to the obligatory organizer-donation, you have the possibility to voluntarily donate a further amount during the online registration process and to increase the total donation amount. Therefore all runners from your company receive a special charity starting number to show your additional commitment. The extra donations will be given to 100% to charitable projects in the region.
So lace up your running shoes for a good cause!

Charity Partner: Fondation Cancer

Since 2018 the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun supports the Fondation Cancer, a charitable foundation with the purpose of information for prevention and the fight against cancer, as well as the funding of initiatives, scientific research or information campaigns, that serve for the battle against cancer in the broad sense.

The Fondation Cancer,
for you, with you, thank you.

Founded in Luxembourg in 1994, the "Fondation Cancer" has been committed to the fight against cancer for over 20 years. In addition to providing information on prevention, early detection and living with cancer, one of its missions is to support patients and their families with a wide range of services. The promotion of research projects relating to cancer is another important pillar of the work of the "Fondation Cancer", which organizes the major annual solidarity event 'Relais pour la vie'. These missions can only be fulfilled thanks to the generosity of our donors.
