Due to safety requirements and capacity restrictions at the venue (Coque), the number of participants in the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun 2026 will be limited for the first time. Available starting places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once the participant limit has been reached, no further registrations can be accepted — even if the official registration deadline (Mon, August 31) has not yet passed.

We therefore encourage all companies and team captains to register their participants as early as possible, ideally in several stages as internal registrations are received. Alternatively, companies may book the required number of starting places in advance and add final participant details until the registration deadline on August 31.

Registrations are generally managed by the team captain. We have compiled all useful information for future team captains in the “Team Area” section. If you would like to participate privately, meaning without being affiliated with a company, you still need to start by registering as a company. You can simply choose a fictitious company name.

Registration is binding, cancellation is not possible. The entry fee is also due in the event of a no-show.
After each registration, an invoice is automatically generated and sent by e-mail. The invoice amount must be paid IN ADVANCE of collecting the race kits.

33,00 € plus VAT

First name, last name, gender, e-mail address | optional: year of birth

Online registration deadline:

Monday, August 31st, 11:59 p.m

Late registration:

Online and at the race kit collection until shortly before the run starts

Late registration fee:

41,00 € incl. VAT

Entry changes:

Free of charge until the online registration deadline by the team captain in the company login area.
Later edits are only possible through the organizer for a processing fee of € 5 (incl. VAT).
